Who should raise tickets?
Ticket should only be raised by existing Netware Solution customers. All other messages will be treated as sales calls.
What happens next?
All tickets will be responded to within 24 hours by a trained consultant who will answer your query.
What do I need to do?
Just keep a copy of the ticket reference once you have raised the ticket (a copy will be sent to your email).
